Our Platform…
We are designing and engineering biosolutions computationally, in silico. We are creating these solutions partly from scratch, de novo, and usually on demand, for scalable practice application.
Our computational work is enabled by a proprietary platform. At its core, this platform is driving the design of novel molecules, with numerous physics- and AI-based algorithms. The resulting molecules can be simple biological monomers, including proteins, glycans and lipids. These can also be more complex biological or merely biocompatible combinations, such as programmable aptamer drug conjugates (ApDC), dsRNA-carrying lipid-polymer nanoparticles (LPNPs) or immobilized, PEGylated enzymes.

Pathways
Oftentimes, novel molecules alone do not yet provide a suitable biosolution. The new molecule(s) need to be complemented with other molecules and related to ambient, direction, regulation to a complete metabolic, regulatory, signaling or immune pathway. Our platform is enabling the engineering and simulation of augmented existing or completely new pathways for medical or industrial applications.

Evolver
Finding the most suitable pathway with the best-fitting molecules is oftentimes an iterative improvement process. Our in silico platform is managing this process as an accelerated evolutionary multi-objective optimization run.

Deliverables
We are creating and delivering biosolutions as a service. Deliverables include prioritized lists of solution lead candidates, validated in silico, along with full profiles, illustrations and simulations. Trade-offs between multiple validation and selection criteria need to be visualized, discussed and resolved. Besides biosolutions-as-a-service, shortened and alternative services and delivery formats are offered.

Patents
The optimized biosolution generated on our in silico platform can be IP-protected and patented. Our platform is providing a filing-ready documentation. Such in silico-filed patent can later be extended and/or refined with in vitro and/or in vivo results and insights. Our platform initiates and feeds a layered IP strategy.
